yo99 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the yo99 platform at yo99.bid (hereinafter referred to as "yo99", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and yo99.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of yo99 following notification of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this agreement.

Use of yo99 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. yo99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be returned to the deposit source, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

yo99 operates as an international online gaming and sports betting platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using yo99 is lawful in their jurisdiction. yo99 does not warrant that its services are legal in all locations. Players must ensure compliance with all applicable local laws before registering or placing any wager.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination without refund of any balance.

Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) yo99 account. Where duplicate accounts are detected, yo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yo99 account credentials, including your username and password. yo99 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone. You agree to notify yo99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

yo99 may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: upon withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds; upon detection of unusual account activity; or at regular intervals as part of compliance obligations. Verification documents may include a copy of a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All yo99 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All displayed balances, wager amounts, bonus credits, and withdrawal amounts are in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise. yo99 does not charge currency conversion fees as accounts are natively maintained in PKR.

An account is considered inactive if no login or wagering activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. yo99 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to inactive accounts. Players will be notified prior to any such deduction. Accounts with a zero balance after the applicable inactivity period may be closed.

yo99 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. yo99 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. yo99 reserves the right to amend these thresholds and will notify Players of any changes.

yo99 processes withdrawal requests as follows: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, and Raast withdrawals are typically processed instantly or within minutes; bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within the same business day; USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where KYC verification is pending.

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the yo99 account holder. yo99 will not process withdrawals to third-party payment methods under any circumstances. Attempts to withdraw to unverified or third-party accounts will be declined and may result in account review.

yo99 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors or banks may impose their own transaction charges for which yo99 bears no responsibility.

All bets placed on yo99 — whether on sports events, live casino games, virtual sports, or other wagering markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product category. General yo99 platform rules apply universally alongside any product-specific rules.

yo99 reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the player does not meet eligibility requirements; a bet is placed on an event with an obvious pricing error; technical issues affect the integrity of a market; or the bet falls outside the permitted stake parameters for that market.

In the event of a manifest error (a "palpable error") in the display of odds, game rules, or any other betting parameter, yo99 reserves the right to void all related bets and refund stakes. A palpable error is defined as one that any reasonable person would recognise as incorrect, such as odds that are materially inconsistent with fair market value.

Cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan national team matches, and international tournaments — are governed by standard cricket betting rules as defined in yo99's Sports Rules, available on the platform. Settlement of cricket bets is based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body. yo99 does not accept responsibility for delays in settlement caused by abandoned matches, weather interruptions, or disputes in officiating.

Games in the yo99 Casino section — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Live Roulette, Blackjack, and Baccarat — are governed by the rules of the respective game as delivered by the live studio provider. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the round will be settled based on available data at the point of disconnection. yo99 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentives offered by yo99 ("Promotional Offers") are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, in addition to these General Terms. Where a conflict exists between individual offer terms and these General Terms, the individual offer terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in each Promotional Offer. Bets placed on restricted games or markets during a wagering period may not contribute to wagering requirements.

yo99 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Conduct constituting bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer; using third-party accounts to recycle bonus funds; placing offsetting bets designed to deplete wagering requirements with minimal risk; and systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with legitimate recreational gaming.

All Promotional Offers have an expiry date or time period within which wagering requirements must be completed. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically. yo99 will display the expiry date of active bonuses within the Player's account dashboard.

yo99 is firmly committed to responsible gaming and recognises that gambling can become problematic for some individuals. yo99 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible directly from every Player account without requiring contact with customer support.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period of 24 hours when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss per session, day, week, or month. Once reached, further wagering is blocked until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure a maximum session duration. yo99 will display a warning when the limit is approaching and offer to close the session.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen reminders showing total session time and net result can be configured within account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude for periods of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Cool-Off Period: A temporary 24–72 hour account suspension for players who wish to take a short break without a full self-exclusion.

yo99 strictly enforces its 21+ policy. Players are required to confirm their age at registration. yo99 may request documentary age verification (CNIC or equivalent) at any point. Accounts where the Player is found or suspected to be under 21 will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on yo99 and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the Platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes or share winnings dishonestly
• Attempting to exploit software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or display glitches in the Platform
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially illegal activity
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the normal operation of yo99 or other users' experience
• Accessing yo99 on behalf of or funding the account of a minor
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from yo99's software
• Selling, transferring, or attempting to transfer yo99 account credentials or balances to any third party

yo99 reserves the right to take appropriate action against prohibited conduct, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content on the yo99 platform, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game designs, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of yo99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The yo99 trademark, logo, and brand identity are proprietary. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any yo99 content without express prior written permission from yo99.

Access to the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any content accessed through it. Any unauthorised use of yo99's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yo99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or technical failures.

yo99 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious software. yo99 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity failures on the Player's side, or interruptions to third-party payment processing services.

yo99's total cumulative liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yo99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with yo99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

yo99 may be required to share your personal information with third parties including payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations. yo99 will not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes.

All data transmitted between your device and yo99 servers is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. yo99 implements technical and organisational security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or destruction.

yo99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification when requested; regulatory or legal compliance requirements; or detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting yo99 live support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Players who have self-excluded from yo99 may not re-register during the period of self-exclusion. If a self-excluded player is found to have registered a new account, that account will be immediately closed and any wagering activity during the exclusion period will be voided.

yo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, yo99 will notify registered Players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The revised Terms will specify the date on which they take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account as described in Section 12.2.

yo99 recommends Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The current version will always be available at yo99.bid/terms-conditions.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to yo99's operating jurisdiction as determined by its international gaming license.

In the first instance, any complaints or disputes should be submitted to yo99's customer support team via live chat on the Platform. yo99 will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days. Players must include their account details and a clear description of the dispute when raising a complaint.

If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through yo99's internal complaints process, the Player may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution channels provided under yo99's applicable gaming license. Details of the escalation process are available on request from the yo99 support team.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
